Chopper will be released in the 6" line with A flame base/accessory. Who plans to purchase this figure?

Wait, someone can make threads for figures but not Celebration 2019? What’s going on??

Definitely will be buying the 6" Chopper. What's not to love? Hasbro made the figure with retractable arms AND a flame base.

That's awesome!

I know nothing about this character nor Ezra, but I suspect I may end up buying them?

Still wish there were more OT figs being released.

HOPEFULLY, the fact that Hasbro is digging deep into the potential tengential figures to produce, they are very close to re-negotiating to renew their licensing deal with Disney/Lucas Film.

??

Tangential!!

Not really feeling this or Ezra. Probably going to sell the rest of my Ghost crew except for Ahsoka as well.

Guaranteed purchase! The blast-off effect and the fact that the arms actually fold into the head really make this one feel like a good value for a small character.

Never got the appeal of 'Rebels'. Too juvenile for me and this guy is just a kiddie version of R2.

Plus, the abilities of these new Star Wars droids gets my goat. They seem to be able to do everything and have a tool for any situation, despite the fact that they couldn't possibly have the space available inside their bodies to store such items. Sure, R2 had a few gadgets here and there (OT R2, not that prequel joke). But, it still looked like he could actually carry those tools.

This guy, BB-8 and BT-1 (below) have the most ridiculous ****nals and array of tools that you can imagine...and none of it fits. It isn't funny, it just looks stupid.

In fairness to Chopper, he's not as ridiculous as BT-1. But he still manages to have a middle wheel AND a rocket tucked up inside him.

Pro: Getting a really great Chopper figure.
Con: Getting a really great Chopper figure that will either dwarf or be the same size as the crappy, undersized BS R2-D2 figure.

Being partial to all droid figures, I will get one of these, but I really would rather an OT droid instead.

This character means nothing to me. :|

What few episodes of the Rebels I seen, which when Vader and Thrawn made their grand entrance, I didn't think it was juvenile at all! Supposedly this took place after Anakin turned into Vader and wore the black suit and before Rogue One (I believe)
At least, the animated Star Wars shows are trying to fill in the gaps between the movies and such. Otherwise, it would be books for all of us.
I have alll the rest of the Rebels, so Chopper will be added.

Wouldn't seeing Dr. Aphra and her droids in the 6in line next...

It's certainly a little juvenile at times (helicopter lightsabers) but it does have its moments, Vader and Thrawn being two of them.

I agree that Vader's black R5 droid looks ridiculous with all those guns but I'd probably buy a 6 inch just for the fun of it if it came with all that stuff!

I will definitely get a couple. Chopper has a great character in Rebels .Very entertaining little droid . It would be great to see Chopper appear in a new Star Wars movie .

He did make a brief 'blink and you'll miss it' easter egg appearance in Rogue One on Yavin 4, but yeah would be good to see more!

I my know how you’d could watch Rebels and not love Chopper. I enjoyed Rebels (not as much as Clone Wars) but Chopper was still probably my favorite part of the show.

Hopefully those little arms and joints are sturdy.

do we know yet what quarter this will be dropping in? and if it will be a general release or exclusive? probably the best looking Rebels figure so far unless you count Ahsoka who could be either Rebels or Clone Wars

What is that at the top right of his box? Nothing we've seen before. Is it that Astro leg he stole and bludgeoned people with?

Looks good, I look forward to getting him. I think I'll just have him without the flame part attached though.

Just noticed the charge for the Choppers I preferred from Pulse. They must be arriving earlier than July 1st

6 of my 7 Hasbropulse preorders have been activated on my card.

Looks like Anakin is the only one that hasn't cleared yet.

And as always, it's always the last day or two before my credit card rolls to the next billing cycle.
Like, I REALLY wouldn't have minded if they didn't come through before July 1st.

haha

Someone k Yakface asked a chat rep, still it shipping until the 1st. That's ******** considering they're selling them as in stock.

I always thought they don't charge you until the item is ready to ship. They charged me and it cleared. If I get a shipping notice I'll let you guys know.

Actually, my 6 charges are all 'pending' as of right now on my credit card statement, but my Pulse account says 'paid'.

I'm not a huge fan of Chopper, but I have to admit this figure is great. The look and feel of it really remind me of old 1980s robot toys.

I just got my Chopper from Pulse. He is awesome!! I had no idea the arms that came out of his head could move forward and backward. And there an articulation point on his front arm. So cool.

Chopper, the most attractive figure in this wave

It seems like Chopper was first announced a year and a half ago, right? Well, they hit a home run with him. Well worth the wait!

Very pleased overall with the amount of detail and accessories they included for Chopper. That "Proper" leg was only seen in one episode, correct? Was not expecting to have that included!

Love this little guy. Kinda wish the wheeled middle leg had a locking point when extended, its a little hard to get it to stay fully out, it wants to keep sliding into the body. Otherwise a perfect figure.
