Always enjoy chatting with Randy Martinez, but hes not attending this year :( I was not impressed with the artist gallery in Chicago. I only bought 1 piece. I guess I need to learn more about the new talents they seem to be looking at now.

Agreed. Chicago's art gallery was disappointing.

Is there any possibility the artists that were going to do prints for this show will be able to sell them online if worst case scenario and the show ends up not happening?

Since they haven't announced anyone or anything by this point the show is without a doubt cancelled. We got artist announcements pretty early on last time.

Artists were announced on 1/22 for Chicago for an event that began 4/11, so about two and a half months out for reference.

But yeah, this isn't happening in August.

Picked up the Lee Koshe - No Life Signs print today.

I like the Malcolm Tween print too, but didn't get it. In my opinion it's too similar to the Escape from Hoth print he did for a previous Celebration. I kind of wish he'd used Bespin or Dagobah as the subject this time.

I really hope the art for 2022 is going to be a better selection then what was already presented.

Less Rey/Padme/Ashoka more Empire Strikes Back but too bad the 40th anniversary has passed to celebrate properly.
