Great looking figure, ridiculous price point. Easy pass for me. Would rather put that $28 towards the new Boba bust from Gentle Giant.

Ordered, but disappointed in Hasbro. Add a couple more dollars to the cost and add a throne. That would have been deluxe. Also, they have had a year to produce this figure and Fennec without giving away any spoilers; they should be on the shelves/pegs now in time for the show.

Sorry, but there's no way I'm paying double the standard TVC price for this. There's zero justification for it. His accessories are puny and not particularly impressive (and certainly not much greater in terms of materials and development than, say, Fennec's accessories.)

Not gonna support this gross cash grab. I might have pulled the trigger at $20. But no way am I paying $26 for what is truly just a "basic" figure.

Agree. If they gave him some quality accessories, I would have pulled the trigger. But just a few flame effects and helmets? Bleh.

Way too expensive for what you get, plus you cant see how bad/good the paint job is before purchase... pass. Also, retail buyer beware - this type of packaging is a swapper's dream and will be rampant at this high price point. Check those seals carefully before buying in store, or else you may find an old POTF2 Fett inside when you get home.

Well, the good news is..... if they announce a regular carded version of this figure before this guy actually ships in July, people can cancel the pre-order for this one. Which I am sure Hasbro realizes, but they set their own prices. So its all on Hasbro.

Figure looks REALLY great, I really like these sets they're doing, but the price, yeesh, $28 for basically a couple flame effects and some stormtrooper helmets?
I'll grumble and hem and haw; but yes, obviously, I'm going to buy it. And then inside of 12 months will come the single card-no flame effects or stormtrooper helmets- release, and there will be great wailing and gnashing of teeth.

A fantastic figure that I am sure too many of us are going to buy, further justifying hasbro overcharging us for this. =/

I've said this before about the Black Series 6" deluxe figures, but this is like Hasbro taking an appetizer, putting it on a bigger plate, and charging you for an entrée.

I preordered, but in this instance, same as the Black Series one, my preorder is me saying "just in case, but I'll think about it". The show will go a long way in swaying me one way or the other though.

Ultimately, there's a lot of characters I want that aren't even backgrounders, but I take this (and the second deluxe mando) as a sign that those characters aren't coming.

With the space in these boxes and massive price increase, either some world building pieces or a second figure really need to be realized. This is double the price of vintage. I see this is the experiment for the new plastic-less packaging. I don’t hate it but getting good paint apps is gonna be tough in person. I’m sure at some point I’ll get him, but this is the first vintage item I did not preorder.

Cool looking figure, without a doubt - but if you remove the Stormtrooper helmets and the two large flames, this is a basic assortment (13.99) TVC figure. I can maybe understand 20.99 with the extra pieces, but bumping it to 26.49 is an unreasonable cash grab, and Hasbro should be accountable for why this product is so inflated. After all, this is a collector line, and we're their primary consumers - so we should hold them to account - if this were to become a trend, it would hurt the viability of the scale.

Something that is getting lost in the whole too expensive aspect is the fact that it's a really fabulous looking figure! That's the saddest part of this, we could be ssicsussing a truly remarkable looking figure and how well it turned out and the inclusion of bent up Stormy relents was a cool idea for accessories. Some great thinking outside the box for once, but still not quite there because it does feel cheap for $27. $20 fine it would have lined up with the other three DLX figs and would have seemed like more value only talking about $6 difference from basic.

I do feel they're onto something though and hope they can be more consistent with pricing on future sets, which IMO should be the $20 price point. And that they take the criticism to heart and understand what they did wrong, this particular Fett w/o helmets should have been basic. The Nomad Fett with SG's and all those accessories along with 2-3 various bashed in helmets seem more up the DLX price point alley. And the fact that it was an oddity/one time scene outfit we likely won't see again.

I simply don't feel any of the sets are worth $27 this or Din w/spiders. That should as I said be for something with heft/bulk like a Hover Cannon w/figure, or a Blurgg.
Also, as much as they've repacked Din I suspect they would also do the same for Boba who's just as popular if not more. So surely this will come out in another format as well.

I don’t 100% trust Walmart. Whereas I was able to order my basic Ahsoka at BBTS and it can sit in my Pile of Loot until I’m sure I get my Walmart deluxe version.
