I'm just curious if anyone here got one, we've seemingly had issues like this before with Target and I usually wait for a "got one" message here before I really try.
I foresee this one being the same as Morak Fett, just wait it out. The Hunger drive behind this figure it it's assume scarcity due to a few "Vintage" enthusiasts and likely the scalpers looking to make an extra $3.99 via 3rd party selling.

Target must use the same IT dept as Ticketmaster. I wasted 9 hours on there yesterday trying to.get my girls tickets for Taylor Swift to no avail.
That's because they sell blocks directly to ticket exchanges who then sell them for double, and Ticketmaster sees a percentage in kickbacks for it.

Ordered! Missed it at Noon, it literally refreshed from "Come back soon" to "Sold out" in one second.... but I know Target pre-orders so I just kept refreshing and got one about 2 hours later.
Well completely forgot about it and missed it. 
Gave up and went to the store just before it went live. Glad I checked on my phone when I got there. Got a couple. I would have missed out if I would have waited till I was done shopping.
Hasbro can keep it. This is a trash offering and the price point is borderline price gouging.
