Looks like we’ll be seeing Boba Fett and his Starship (I guess we aren’t calling it Slave 1 anymore) from the Book of Boba Fett show.

Preorders begin tomorrow at 5.00pm ET time at Hasbro Pulse

Will you be purchasing this release?

I missed out on the previous versions. I do hope they fixed the wing feature and hoping it's not only going be a Pulse exclusive. I really want to finally get it this time but won't if it's only on Pulse.

I don't typically get too annoyed with stuff like this however this is annoying.

I'll put the funds I was going to put aside for Hammond Collection toward this I guess since Mattel made it impossible to obtain the SDCC set and I'm out on that line.

I'm probably one of the only collectors that never got this the first few times it was offered. It was just too expensive in Japan. More than twice the US retail price. Not to mention, I pretty much stopped collecting 3 3/4 after I started Black Series.

But it's the Slave 1, damn it! It's one of my favorite ships of all time!

Alas....there's no Han in Carbonite, so it's an instant pass for me. In my mind, you can't really have one without the other.

^ If you want, i have an extra carbo han from cfc, ill trade you for the fett fig. And ill toss in another carded tvc thats 2x case upcoming
I don’t have Slave I in my collection, so I’m definitely tempted. It will really depend on the price.
Word is $180. Expensive figure I must say since that's all I want. Don't need the ship

This could have been better with one change.

Redo the stand to look like the Sarlacc pit, with tentacles grabbing at the ship. It would have added cost, yes, but would have been more scene-relevant.

Because right now it looks like wanting to get more BOBF branded stuff out on a shoestring budget. Take a figure that may or may not have been previously slotted elsewhere, throw it in here -- even though it doesn't entirely make sense since Nomad Fett in the Slave 1 was limited in the series -- and voila. New BOBF product in the wild with minimal effort.

I don't have the space for this right now, but a glass half-full argument to own this and the prior version is to have one on the flight stand and the other docked with ramp extended.

But I really don't need another ship. Need the Fett. You win, Hasbro.

I'm buying it. I don't want to...but I'm buying it.

My rationale is that I saved $92 today by not getting the Rex set (and whatever else I was going to budget toward that line) so that easily frees up the $200 for this one

Same.

And don't give up on the T-Rex just yet. They may surprise with more at some point after being caught off-guard by its quick sellout. Plus there's the "may show up in parks" angle as well. It should have been a limit of 1, not 2.

They might release Boba separately but also it's not like they're going to release fat bib separately (as far as I know).

But that I'm ok with. Fat Bib was a 43 second cameo in a post credits teaser. That is the perfect figure to be locked behind a paywall.

A unique Boba Fett isn't.

I defended the "Fett tax" on the Target (Morak) and Deluxe but this is obnoxious.

I can see them releasing this fett as a single release figure but it will probably be in the deluxe pricepoint. That kind of sucks so I guess I'll get 2.;)

Or it'll come out on single card like two years from now. I'll probably be buying exclusively Transformers by then, who knows. Or lotto tickets

hmm there is a bobf delux rumored, some say black K, but could be this fett as well

I have that one too, but I opened it for display. Something told me to keep the newer one in the box.

Weird fixation with that name for many here. They just can’t let it go.

Anyway, glad that it will be available for those that missed previous releases. Although I think the previous one is still available on both Pulse and BBTS for about $150.
Correctamundo

Yea I don't get the name thing. It's a name. We aren't talking about the Millennium Falcon here. So they changed it or whatever...big deal. Who the **** even knows it was called Slave I besides us more core fans/nerds. Never mentioned in the movies or anything.

Personally Firespray sounds cooler anyway.
