This was a kit from scoundrels_stock which was very fun to put together. I'm still trying to learn how to paint heads, but for now I'm using a Starlord head, its just a place holder. I also have a GI Joe Duke figure if I want to go for a clean look. I prefer his gruff look from the video game, and plan to use the head from wattos_scrayard (last pic) if I can get it painted.

I was stuck on this for a while, as I couldn't figure out how to assemble this figure. I was browsing online and took some ideas from other customs I saw. I ended up plugging the arm sockets with butterfly joints from a Night Brother Archer figure, but I had to use my dremel to file down the butterfly joints a bit. I superglued them in place, and opened the sockets up as the peg holes on the arms were too big. I had an extra Migs Mayfeld figure, I took the figure apart at the torso and filed down what was left. I superglued the torso kit on Migs's body, then used milliput to fill in the gaps. I don't have any range of motion there but I could not find a figure I liked where the torso peg was lower.

Lastly I put together a heavy weapons pack, similar to the POTF Dash figure. Its the backpack from Migs, with the arm attachments from the weapons pack found on the POTF Dash figure, and an extra Snowtrooper rifle. It can be attached with magnets, as I didn't want to drill a hole in the figure to attach the backpack on. This way, it can be added/removed whenever.

This is the head I would like to use eventually.

Pretty cool, the 2019 version is pretty good too I think. Thanks for the recipe as well!

I fixed my Dash custom tonight. I replaced the arms with the Nightbrother Archer and just repainted them. I thought they weren't going to come out good but the arms came out better than I thought. They look much better than the previous arms I used. After a while I thought the previous arms were a tad too long and cartoony looking. I have a painted Dash head on the way, so no more Pratt-head.

The hands I'm using are Migs Mayfeld, which hold the weapons so much better now. The little sleeves are part of the gloves from a Snowspeeder Luke. I cut them off and dremeled them out so they could fit over the arms.

I thought the original arms I used looked ok, but at a distance I could see they looked out of place. I'm so glad I changed them.

I added another part to my Dash custom - the Swoop bike. It's from the Hero Mashers line that came with Anakin. I'm currently giving it a new paint job, I don't like the current red on the bike.

Pretty cool, don't know if Hasbro will ever release one but if they do, your version is probably better than what they'll do. Nice work on the swoop too. I love seeing figures that go through a little evolution, really great to see you working on Dash. What are you gonna do next?

Thanks! I feel there's a few spots I could improve on, but then again it was my first time doing a kit like this. Pretty fun to do though!

I am working on a red Coruscant Guard (Imperial era) and a SOTE Lando in Stormtrooper disguise (from the comics). For the Coruscant Guard, I'm using a standard Sith Trooper as the base. The torso was repainted black, I'm just waiting on a helmet from Outer Rim Traders. For Lando, it's just a head swap with a Stormtrooper, but should I use a standard trooper or a Luke/Han in Stormtrooper disguise? I feel Lando's head on a Stormtrooper looks a bit small, but maybe because I'm used to the helmet being on there? Then again, it doesn't have the ribbed neck like the trooper disguises figures do.
