Well, I'm jealous. I found three Bibs between two different GameStops in my area, and settled for the one that had the least obvious wash (Not the least amount - I did find one that had the blue concentrated on his chin, like he'd been chewing on a pen).

Just got the TVC Bib Fortuna. Incredible figure, with an amazing sculpt. Though I don't usually like "soft goods" on figures, it works well here.

My first thought was, "Wow, Amazon put her up early!" My second thought, "Wait, how is she in-stock already!" My third thought, "Oh FFS, this is the Bib Fortuna listing!" 
What got me was that I had already ordered this item on such and such date. And I'm like I've never ordered her from Amazon! lol

No. This one is a Fan Channel figure.
I got my second Bib (the opener) from Pulse yesterday and finally got around to opening it. Checked out the Lando legs and was surprised to find two left calf/shins. The one on the right leg works but doesn’t quite line up with the thigh properly. Good thing it’s hidden by the skirt.

are people finding less blue on the more recent bibs? i've been leaving mine carded because i'm a little unhappy with how blue he is and wondering if i'd get a better one if i order another.

Have only come across 3 in stores since last Christmas. 2 were Blue and one had almost zero blue. Still waiting for the wave case from EE that he is in.
I really like this figure. The soft goods are so well-executed, in my opinion. I want to see what Hasbro can do with a new Tessek, or Plo Koon, who has had many figures, but none screen-accurate since Power of the Jedi.

Anyways, I found a nearly perfect sample of ol' Bib, with no discernable traces of blue on his face. Perfection! I think this is my third loose Bib (I have five total). Each time I find one with less blue on his mug I pick it up, but I think I'm finally satisfied now. Still crazy how this version blows the TBS one out of the water. Coloring, likeness, everything. It's no contest.

I still have the lone Amazon pre-order unopened in a box somewhere. I was hoping to find this wave on the shelves so I could cherry-pick a good paint app for Bib, but I only ever found a few single figure remnants like the Echo Base Soldier, Lobot, and Kuili(s) at the one remote Walmart in my area. Is this wave still actively hitting stores? I feel like I see a lot of Kuili's peg-warming at local Targets, but never any other wave-mates.
I found this particular one at a local comic shop. Card was a bit creased, and it was $2.00 over retail, but finding a Bib this 'clean' is like finding a four-leaf clover. Had to get it!
I only ever saw Bib at brick and mortar once, and it was one of the ghastly blue ones. My other Bibs came from ebay and Amazon.

I’m surprised Bib is coming back out. He isn’t too hard to get on the aftermarket right now. Oh well, it’s a good figure and cool for those that missed him a couple of years ago.
And he can be found for very cheap.
If the paint on the head has 80 percent less blue in it, this would be worth a purchase.
I can get this figure right now for under $10, so why would I bother at rebuying it for $17? Same issue with a certain Din figure from last year...
That said, I do agree that if the deco is better on the face to look less pinkish I may get him. On Sale after Christmas.

I tried really hard to get this one MOC but had no luck, seemed to me the card was super flimsy. I will pass on him as I lost interest in this figure.
What an odd choice for a reissue. Like everyone is saying, he’s still easily found in lots of stores. Usually on sale.
One more vote for baffling choice of reissue. Bib is a TVC 2.0 figure that’s still readily available for $16 or less online. He’s a great figure, but nobody has been asking for a reissue of him.
They should have gone with another TVC 1.0 figure that goes for a significant sum on the secondary market. Bespin gown Leia, Weequay skiff master, Lumat, and Prune Face jump to mind. Reissuing Bib is truly a head-scratcher.

I'd have definitely gone for Lumat, I could use a couple more for customs and i don't want to pay $30+ each!
Heck, speaking of that they probably could have reissued both him and Logray and sold out almost as fast as Gammy Guard!
I mean if target really is looking for Exclusives and Hasbro wants to give them something cheap to make then why not an Ewok wave? Logray, Lumat, Romba and Warok.
Last two would be easy repaints just like they did with Paploo.
It should have been fat Bib.
