Without having seen the 40th figure I suppose I can’t guarantee that, but from the pics they’ve released it looks like a simple reissue to me.

I did pick this one up, because I am a sucker for this design and I loved this figure as a kid.

This one is an easy pass for me. I already have the regular boxed version that I got at Ross or some such place. Gotta save my pennies for stuff I need in my collection like Bespin Luke, etc.
