By popular demand, here is a sticky post so anyone can show us a little bit on how the art collection is being displayed.

I think that is all of them. I like them, but I unfortunately am just about out of wall space. One piece I'm saving a spot for is a Vanderstelt ESB. (I can dream

Here's 2 of mine...more to come
This is one of my favorite prints. When I finally tracked it down, my wife framed it for me as an anniversary present. I will have to get pic's of mine up as well.

Wookiee...your wife rules!

Coz...it's always a pleasure seeing your prints, especially the unattainable C3 Vanderstelt.

Well, here's the McQs yet to be framed. These were sooo hard to get:

I think Coz wins for most unusual setup. I've never seen a person frame something and the hang it from the ceiling. Very interesting.

I don't have many framed posters right now, but you can pretty much see my entire collection at the website in my signature.

Thanks all. I love seeing everyones prints. Great collections!
It was either hang from the ceiling or not at all due to space. My place is pretty small so I had to inovate a little.

My small Star Wars art collection.

I currently only have one piece framed. Its the Tommy Lee Edwards Vader print from C3.

Here is what is currently in the flat file waiting for the opportunity (and money) to be framed:

Jerry Vanderstelt:

Ralph McQuarrie:

Hildebrandt:

Coz, any chance we can get a close up of the Vader print above your TV?

Interesting way to display those two, hanging like that, very cool idea. Are you worried it might pull the hook over time?

Nice prints Maul67! I've been looking for a Vanderstelt C3 print for a few years now. It'll happen one day.

OK here's the Dorman CE print:

They are ceilng hooks for plants, and picture wire. The type of frame I use are metal, and the hooks on the frame are adjustable.

Not worried about the hooks. The ceiling hooks have toggles so not really any chance of them comming out.

Here's some better pics (click on them). And a couple showing the hardware.

I'm not sure if others will consider this an art collectible but I do. It's the piece in my collection that I am most proud of.

The approximately 5 feet tall KotOR in-store display features prominantly at the entrace to my living room. I will post pictures of my prints and lithos once they're framed. I'm currently renovating my appartment and I plan on displaying all of them proudly in each room.

Good Lord man you have a lot of prints!

Thanks for the close up on the Vader.

Question. What is the Ferk piece you have, with the Sandy and Boba sketch? The Padme print is nice, who did that? And final question, where were the Bomber and B-wing cross sections from?

I met Peter Ferk at the Acme booth at Comic Con. He did the Boba sketch on a piece of paper with the Sandtrooper already printed on it. It's the same size as a key.

The Padme is by Terese Nielsen.

The cross sections are CIV prints. I got them at comic con. They were giving both prints free with the purchase of the cross sections book.

Thanks, I really like that Padme a lot. Have you happened upon that on the web anywhere? I looked on his site and there's not much in the way of for sale items.

You're gonna need your own art gallery here to get all that stuff up!

Here is my pride and joy...

I actually tried ordering this through the "Star Wars Insider's: Jawa Trader" when I was in 8th Grade... but by the time I convinced my mom to buy it for me - they were sold out...

A few months later - I sent Dave Dorman (Actually to Rolling Thunder Graphics) a Letter, stating how he was an inspiration for me to work towards a career in illustration and art work (which I decided to just keep a hobby and not a career).

3 Weeks Later: Rolling Thunder Graphics sent me this print - and Artist Proof, Made out to me by Dave Dorman, with a Darth Vader Sketch on the bottom... I later had it signed by Dave Prowse

Since then, I have collected most of Dave Dormans Works...
