Are AFA still grading proof cards? I have a 45 back colour separation proof card that I'm urgently looking to get graded and cased for a trade. Does this require CIB? The grading, casing and ensuring the labelling is right is the only thing that I need.

Also why is the AFA website so frequently down - it seems the majority of the time I look it's not working. It does come across as a bit unprofessional if you can't maintain a working website. Surely it cant be that difficult to ensure your website works for your customers.

The guy I'm trading with is in the US so it's going that direction anyway :) However even if I was getting something graded for myself (which I very infrequently do) I would go for AFA over UKG as I'd say they have more familiarity with pre production pieces.

It was clarified to me that AFA don't need CIB for grading of proof cards etc. Which I kind of expected but its strange how 2d stuff doesn't require authentication but 3d stuff does.
