Now that Andor is a number of episodes in, who would you like to see made into plastic? Who stands the best chance?

Dedra Meero,... basically all the imperial officers/ISB officers.

big Linus Mosk from Syril Karn's corpo security unit and both versions of Syril, (Security and creepy stalker cubicle worker)

Luthen, Mon Mothma, Cintra Kaz, young Saw Gerrera

Bix Caleen, Melshi and Brasso

There are some figures I know they'll just never make. Any character who is too minor doesn't stand a chance. Sorry, Blevin. You'd be cool, but it's not gonna happen, even with a potential reuse of an Imperial officer mold. I don't think Tay, Kleya or Brasso would be in the cards, either. I also know that, tragically, they're never gonna make Maarva.

So, keeping my hopes at least slightly "realistic":

Top choices: Meero, Bix and Mothma

Second Choices: Luthen, Syril, Partagaz, Cinta, Nemik

Third Choices: Rest of Aldhani crew (I'd be fine with a 4-pack of them in Imperial garb, reusing the Cassian mold.) Melshi, Saw
 
Not sure I'd add anything from this series to my wishlist, because nearly all the designs and characters strike me as slow sellers, if not outright future pegwarmers.

There's certainly truth in this. But I still want them nonetheless, the same way I wanted Gargan and bought her -- an ultimate pegwarmer -- when she came out.
 
While i would not turn down any Andor based figs, there's not many I'd clamor for except any character that also appeared elsewhere like Saw, Admiral. Y., mon mothma albeit she's a diff outfit than rots or rotj.
 
My current top wants:

Bix
Vel - in rich girl hair and outfit
Cassian and a couple key prisoners in their garb
The female ISB agent and as many other agents as they'll give me
 
If hasbro does make the female imp officer, there's no reason not to reuse for Talla from owk.
It may not be accurate but it'd be "politically correct" to do so, but what about a 4pk of female imp officers w/ retooled Deena shan sculpt.

So what if they're slow sellers or pegwwarmers - well because the more often that happens, the more likely this assortment is to slow down further or go on hiatus, lol. Hasbro is profit driven, if you recall. That's why I'm glad they didn't put an Andor wave in Retro, it likely would have torpedoed that lines potential at retail (though the Kenobi wave is helping to do that already to a degree). I'm practical about the impact of slow sellers and weighing the risks, considering how few new sculpts we get in TVC. As for the stock, I dumped it years ago, haha.
 
While I absolutely LOVE the show there aren’t that many characters I want figures of. Vel and Bix are whatever, they’ve gotten minimal character development so they’re not that interesting. Syril is more interesting but I still don’t think I’d buy a figure of him. I would buy Luthen but he feels like a pegwarmer so I dunno if he’ll get made. Mon is a no-brainer. I’ve preordered Cassian but that’s it so far. I think I need to wait until the show is over, let the dust settle, and see which characters really resonated with me.
 
Andor is a weird one. Despite the significant amount of characters I wouldn’t mind getting a figure for, there are not many I feel like I need. I feel like it comes down to getting figures to interact with the ones we got.

Syril Karn in his corporate security field outfit is my most desired want. From there, it’s just figures I wouldn’t mind seeing, but could live without.

Mon Mothma, despite being a main character, doesn’t excite me as a figure. Mainly because I don’t know what figures she could interact with. I guess she could do double duty and serve as a stand in for her Rogue One appearance.

If it was the ROTJ version, that’d be a whole other story, but I could do without a Mon Mothma.
 
I'd love to see them release a few waves of figures, each wave based on a certain arc from the show. I would make a list of characters, but it would be too long and I don't know how to spell half their names lol. Any and all Imperials, especially Dedra Meero, her assistant and Admiral Yuleran. Those ISB Troopers, the Aldanni garrison Troopers, I assume those are just a modern take on the old school Imperial Army Troopers. The Commandant and Colonel, Lt. Gorn. The whole Aldanni rebel cell. Luthern of course, Mon Mothma. The mains from each story arc. It would be a great excuse for Hasbro to finally make a TVC Saw Gerrera, Mr. Two tubes too. Knock a few characters off the Rogue One list with that.

Vehicles, there really hasn't been too many. A Partisan X-Wing repaint, TIE Fighter (with better plastic on the wing buttons, or just eliminate that feature all together).
 
Yeah I'd like a Bix seeing how well the TBS figure looks! I wouldn't mind a few things but with the ever increasing price I now have to reign in my wants so I'll limit it to Luthen and Mon Mothma as must haves, possibly even Deedra depending on how the figure turns out. Once upon a time I'd have probably wanted about five of those Imperials made but at $17 I'd be hard pressed to get them all now.
 
It will become a lot clearer which characters are must-haves into Season 2, for those that survive Season 1 and potentially move into more central rebellious roles.

As a tangent, I want to see how Saw becomes faulty circuitry Terminator with a distrust for everyone, because I have a feeling this series is going to show us.

From what they hinted at in Episode 9, it sounds like we'll find out before the season ends how that happened.

I'm not watching Episode 9 until later this evening. Now I'm pumped even more!

He already doesn't trust anyone. He's basically the same old Saw, with or without busted Terminator parts.
 
Toys from this show can't be called "Action Figures" they'd have to be called "Drama Figures".

Stalking is now a thing in Star Wars, we've all made it...

That breakfast nook would make for a neat Con exclusive if they could kitbash the figures with new heads.

Similar to the Jurassic Park Chaos Theory Malcolm exclusive from earlier this year.

Too wacky for retail, but great to sell direct in smaller quantities.
 
It'll never happen, but I want a Dedra and a Dedra with trench coat. Soft goods ain't good enough for me.

Not surprised. You've got Mando Season 3, Ahsoka, and Skeleton Crew theoretically for 2023. Plus Bad Batch Season 2 coming up in 2 months.

I don't even think Andor S2 has started filming yet, though it should be very close.
