A few interesting points:
Reuse: Lower Torso, Hips, Legs, Feet, lower Arms, Hands.
New stuff: Head, upper torso, upper arms. Skirt, Lightsabers.
Looks like she'll have butterfly joints. \o/
Also interesting; someone noted that theres a small piece of Cad Banes Hat visible on the art piece of her package. :]

Nope, her race (Togruta) look like that. Look at Shaak-Ti, she is also a Togruta.
But looks like a head piece... Even has the seam all around and raised bit on the forehead... ☹ This is terrible...

Well.. the thing on her forehead is a "headpiece". At least she used to wear something like a headband. But the pointy things are her race-specific "appendages".
Edit: The magenta colored part is the headpiece.

Agreed. I’ve put a coat of dull-cote on the head of every single digital face printed figure I’ve gotten from Hasbro. Looks MUCH better than the shiny face you get from the factory.
A figure so requested being an initial Wal-Mart exclusive is dumb as hell.

there are no WALMARTSs over here, no TARGETs, WALGREENs or BESTBUYs. GAMESTOPs over here are not getting the same stuff as US neither. It really is frustrating being a collector OUTSIDE the US 
I can understand exclusives for different Con, Toyshows or even for online markets ( if they serve worldwide ) though, but not for local stores.

i personally was never a fan of how they aged Ahsoka in rebels. IMO, they slimmed her face too much to the point where frankly she looks more like Ahsoka's older sister rather than Ahsoka a few years older.
New version looks fantastic, especially the colour scheme...

This is Ahsoka's best look by far IMO, the blue and orange just looks way better than the orange/brown/green and it was always really weird how she wore a crop top and then in S3 had a hole cut out in the chest.

Staractionfigures.co.uk / Indemandtoys.co.uk have the preorders too.
But even so, yes a bit more expensive than the US.
You may need patience, but there are some of us in America who might not make it to see our preorders fulfilled. Maybe we can leave them to European brethren in our COVID-induced wills...
I was glad to get in and place an order for this after they popped back up on Wal-mart. Fingers crossed that these pre-orders are fulfilled without a hitch.
Was busy at work, so didn't have the time to just sit in front of a computer and keep hitting F5. So I kinda knew when I left work I'd have NO shot at these. It amazes me how other sites like Dorkside, BBTS or EE can keep preorders up for DAYS, yet Walmart seems to blow through in mere minutes. Not just the Star Wars stuff. Ghostbusters, Retro GI Joe and Transformers preorders all sold out pretty quickly. They just SUCK and Hasbro refuses to listen to collectors about pulling the plug on exclusives for them.
Then you have Target. Remember the Star Wars Retro debacle last year. I love the reasoning behind the only for Father’s Day thing.Then we will send the rest to thrift stores. I find it funny though that Hasbro as ignored Target for a lot of this stuff. Aside from the Gamorean Guard they gave Target the lamest exclusives(Molock for example).
The problem is when you're dealing with the largest retailer you can't go dictating terms, if you still want them to carry your product. Once TRU left the landscape it put Walmart in a more powerful position. Not that TRU was that big in the later years but they were a large market.
If Hasbro wants a major retailer "like Walmart" to continue carrying their products at all, then they have to do certain things to maintain a relationship.
While i feel they would probably do just fine selling exclusively on Pulse as well as other online stores, they seem to feel different. They should know as they have the sales data for Pulse compared to other distributors. Yet they always seem to sell out first on the stuff people want.
