Hey Jimmy_2Pack, is this the comic we were talking about last weekend?

This sounds like the one, but I want to make sure before I buy it.

Yes. That's it. Sorry for the slow reply, I don't go beyond my toggled favorties much.

Thanks! I might pick this up this weekend because I have a 25% off coupon at Barnes & Noble, so this means I get 35% off total with my 10% member discount. Cool! A Christmas gift for me!

I read "Broken" today and I liked it. I can officially say I am into the EU now.

Welcome to the dark side http://threads.rebelscum.com/images/graemlins/wink.gif I made a comment once that I enjoy the stories of the EU more so than the movies...and I don't deny that. Do you read the novels?

Broken was pretty good. I just read it recently myself - when the series first came out, I couldn't bring myself to read it for reasons that are too long to discuss in this post. But the story is actually pretty good, and aside from being slightly spoiler-ific for the current run of EU novels, I like it.

It is hard for me to read books because it is difficult for me to keep track of characters, and to visualize what they look like. I would rather read comics so I can see the characters or see video. I plan on getting the rest of the Legacy series. I am not sure if I am going to wait for the next graphic novel, or get the single issues. I guess it depends what the cheapest route is.

I haven't read too much of Legacy, but I sort of like the way this current Storyline is playing out. Its a pretty well drawn series, interesting writing, although I think the TPB would be a better route anyway, simply because at about $3 bucks a pop individual issues are only moderately cheaper, but then its not always easy to find all the parts in your local shop, although LWW does have ample copies, but TPBs are more enjoyable since you can read the whole thing in a sitting.

I wish they'd make Legacy into an animated series akin to the Marvel animated stuff that's almost panel for panel dead on to the source. So what if they have to give it a PG-13 rating? ROTS was PG-13 and it didn't hurt it much at the Box Office or affect toys and merchandise sales. Although an R rating means that a couple of the scenes from the latest issue wouldn't be cut http://threads.rebelscum.com/images/graemlins/wink.gif

I got the second Legacy graphic novel called 'Shards'. Now I have to go back and read the first one again before I read this one because I kinda forgot what happened.
