Could that become the new FC catch-phrase? In honour of the awesome listener who called in to speak to Steve and Pete and then totally blew it.

Actually that was an eleven year old boy who was very nervous about speaking to icons in the Star Wars community. He was so nervous he forgot his question! He was very confused, but he did seem serious about trying to get his question answered.

Well, according to my talkshoe it was Eastcoastbrooks, but it must have been a network mistake cos he asked a question next and it was actually quite good.

I'm looking forward to playing back the recording. At the very least it should make it into the Jawa's video, but maybe even into the closing credits roll.

With our apologies to that poor little boy, far be it from us to not profit from someone else's misery.

Seriously, though, we do feel bad for the kid. It is very nerve-wracking to talk live like that with celebrities. I was almost hyperventilating myself.

Jason and Pete handled that flub like real pros, though. I hope they weren't embarrassed or upset by the whole thing. They did a great job.

Jawas, you terrible, despicable creatures! Seriously though, if that shirt wasn't the funniest thing I'd seen all day*, I would have to reprimand you! http://threads.rebelscum.com/images/graemlins/grin.gif

*The funniest thing I've HEARD all day is the kid's call-in itself.

Lol! Great comic and t-shirt Jawas! Also I think the person's name was Andrew513. He was very confused in the chat room too.

To be fair, the talkshoe chat can be extremely confusing the first time you use it. (Heck, I didn't even realize the show had started and I had no audio until 10 minutes had passed!) http://threads.rebelscum.com/images/graemlins/blush.gif

For those of us who weren't there...about how far into the show was it? I'll go check out the talkshoe recording to hear it as the guys probably cut out the audio if they could.
