That cool.

It's great seeing small collections as they often feature the best versions of the main characters in their different outfits.

Speaking of which, where are R2, Chewbacca and Darth Vader?

09-06-2007, 10:06 AM
You two could use a few more dogs.

Please let me anwser some of the questions, and thank you everyone who has looked at this thread.

1) Speaking of which, where are R2, Chewbacca and Darth Vader?

They are coming as soon as I can get them, which at the min is more likely going to be next month (as I want for the ROTJ FIgures Chewbacca the VOTC one I am waiting for Endor Deco R2-D2 and I have the ROTJ Tin Darth Vader coming, I want for the ANH FIGURES EB-Chewbacca, just didnt get in this batch of photos yet and R2-D2 and TAC Darth Vader (Sith Lord), and as for ESB FIGURES I have the ESB Tin Chewbacca Hoth Deco, as for R2-D2 - Hoth in the middle of trade, and I am after Darth Vader - Hoth).

2) You two could use a few more dogs.

We had eight were now down to four, my poor white eskimo espits got run over the beginning of the year, wish I could get hold of the nasty person who did it seeing they just left him on the doorstep of the SPCA over night in freezing cold temperatures, and he had his name and telephone number on the tag, how hard was it to bring him home, we got a phone call from the guy saying obviously your not home hit your dog sorry, and he had smirky tone to his voice.

Anyhow we are now back up to four again as we have just more or less gotten a one year old australian cattle dog and shes driving me crazy, lol.

Nice! Don't worry, mate. Every collection begun small. Growing is a natural "process" http://threads.rebelscum.com/images/graemlins/wink.gif
This AT-AT Driver is a superb molded figure IMO

Looks like you're off to a great start. And that's one huge dog! http://threads.rebelscum.com/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

A really nice start!! You have some cool figures I need to get as well. And beautiful dogs too http://threads.rebelscum.com/images/graemlins/cool.gif

Shes not huge, she's dainty for a great dane, and thank you for your kind comments everyone who commented on this thread, also I have a few more things to add to this post, I have yet to add my small collection of playskool original set figures, my Mr Potato Heads (Still need the R2 Mr Potato Head), and of course a picture of my Australian Cattle Dog Opiyl-Jayne.

I like this display. I keep going back & forth on how to display my figures (diorama, by character, film etc) but when I see this it definitely leans me toward displaying by film, in a simple, neat arrangement. (That gets harder when you throw in all the cantina and Jabba aliens!)

09-11-2007, 02:35 PM
Thats why I did these figures by film, it makes it a lot easier. After all if they appeared in that film then I dont have to consider where to put them.

When I get my shelves finally up, I am going to place the main characters in the front followed by rebels and imperials (rebels to right of them and imperials to the left of them, here I am stuck in the middle with you, oops sorry burst into song, lol), then cantina aliens and jabbas court, and bespin all raised at the back. http://threads.rebelscum.com/images/graemlins/grin.gif

the r2 potato is a must have. love the pictures; i like the fact you sort them out by each movie. nice pictures of your family. i wish i could get my "three stogages dogs" to stay still for a photo.

09-12-2007, 11:55 AM
I am not familiar with the stogage breed what do they look like, and thank you for your kind comments on the wife, and the canines, my wife says its not her best picture.

09-12-2007, 11:08 PM

Well guys it was my birthday today and I scored a load of figures completed the figures I wanted from wave 1, 2, 3, 5.

And I also scored a McChewie and McStormie.

Plus I added more Playskool Figures to my collection, so I guess I am going to start collecting these figures now, as well.
