View Full Version : 12" Han Hoth upgrade

I had a Hasbro Han Hoth from the 12" Tauntaun set that I wanted to try and upgrade. I switched his body to a Dragon style and smaller hands, took off the jacket buttons and elastic band inside, trimmed back the fur on his hood, tightened the mask on his head, repainted the head, and gave a wash to the belt and holster. I also fixed his scarf and changed the goggles a bit. I have a Hasbro pic for comparison:

Nice work DB!
These are very sublte changes that seem to make the figure a whole lot better. I found that just putting these collector's series 12 inch figures on a different, less bulky body really makes the clothes fit less awkwardly.

That is amazing, surprised you used so much stuff from the original figure, any chance you going to update hoth luke?
