I really wish Mcfarlane would do their military line in a smaller scale, like they have done with some of their sports figures, then the line would be limitless, you could then add dioramas, tanks, and vehicles. I am really surprised they have not gone in that direction. If they would do more than just u.s. modern soldiers, then I would collect this line.

Check out a Walgreen's near you. bbi is making these types of figures too, except with a little more articulation.

I have seen the bbi figures and I am not impressed, I would take detail over articulation.

I think these figures are fantastic. I just wish there were figures from different time periods and countries.

Looks like your wish is coming true. If you check out some of the online stores, they have pre-orders for 3-inch McFarlane military figures, I believe for delivery early next year.

I just bought the entire FOV lines of the Army and Marines (3.75" line). That ACU at that scale is awesome. I picked up the M2 in woodland too. The MARPAT needed a little dark brown. But I am really excited over these.

I thought they may be like PTE, but they are seriously going to give bbi a run for their money. And the price point is better. Bbi seems stuck on paratroopers and WWII.

If you need other FOV, let me know. I happen to have a connection. http://threads.rebelscum.com/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

Target's military line is pretty cool, especially the vehicles. I'm thinking of using them and some modeling clay to make a diorama for my history project.
