If you have an IKEA store near you you can try and see if they have something.

You may want to try Cases for collectibles (http://store.casesforcollectibles.com/index.html) I bought all the cases for my SS PF from them. Be prepare to spend some good $$$ due to the size of that statue! http://threads.rebelscum.com/images/graemlins/grin.gif

If you don't mind answering and showing...

Which case did you end up buying?
and
Which SS PF did you in it?

I have Vader and Obi (I need something for Vader to strike http://threads.rebelscum.com/images/graemlins/grin.gif)

I chose the 18x18x24 mirror back (http://store.casesforcollectibles.com/dolcas18ophe.html) for both because I like simmetry but GG will need a bigger one since those back arms take a lot of space. They shipped them really fast and very well pack.

Here is a pic of mines:

Other guys like Gruson picked a bigger display case to put several of their PF, which is great if you have the space! http://www.crazywayco.com/swpf1.jpg

Beautiful display TA! Always love Gruson's setup too!

Also, a member on another forum said a case to house Grievous would have to be at least 24x24x25, and it'll run you about $187 without shipping. Be prepared to pay another $30-$70 for that.

I've been thinking about getting a case for my Grievous as well. Not only to protect it from being broken by curious hands and fingers, but to cut back on the dust. It's usually when dusting occurs that something gets broken.

Does anyone have the dimensions of the case we would need to order for the Grievous?

Thanks for the info

Tim

Do those guys ship internationally? If not,has anyone any ideas where I could get a case from the UK/EU?

I don't know if they do, but I can tell you that it might be really costly. These guys pack those cases really well with a lot of air packs, boxes and plastic wrap so the package can be quite big.

Well I emailed them asking for a quote-they don't ship worldwide http://threads.rebelscum.com/images/graemlins/frown.gif

Sorry dude, I kind of suspected that since these are really fragile items.

you could probably save some space, and some money, if you took off the two saber blades in the back. I had to do it just to fit him on my shelf.

I might be wrong but I think 24x24x26 is a bit tight. I would want a little more room. Those sabers sure do go way back. http://threads.rebelscum.com/images/graemlins/smile.gif

If you positioned GG at an angle, I think he'd fit into a case 24x24x24.
