Hi I won The Jango Fett Blasters on ebay from a guy in Australia. He told me that he sent it out on May 12 and today is the 23. Should I be concerned or will it take this long. the seller has zero feedback. I paid with paypal so I will get my money back. and he hasnt responded to my email for a couple days. please let me know what you think.

better file the complaint with paypal now just to be sure. Off hand, I believe I saw that same info advertised on a diff auction running near the same time frame. Australia is far away, but not that far...
good luck

yeah I have been on ebay almost 6 years... and it's always better to protect yourself... I always try to meet them half way... kill them with kidness... so I know right away when they stop communicating... red flag... better safe than sorry... and yes it can take a month to 45 days to get stuff from there if they send it parcel post... but file... it helps to block retailtory neg feedback aganist you...

How did he send it?

I have had items take a month or so to get from the US to the UK by cheap USPS services.

I bought some stuff from a scummer overseas and today makes day 25 (mail hasn't come today yet) so nothing as for 24 full days. I was basically told 4-5 weeks http://threads.rebelscum.com/images/graemlins/shocked.gif but thats life I guess...Playing the patience game http://threads.rebelscum.com/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

That's actually fairly accurate. I have received things from Australia before as well and it took 4-6 weeks. But I did receive it. I say patience.

I recently got a CW maquette from France, and it took 18 days to receive it.

It's only been 12 days for you now... I'd write back and ask how it was sent and what the expected timeframe is for that type of delivery.

As mentioned, if it was sent ground/boat, it may take take 4-6 weeks, but if airmail, I would guess 2-3 weeks.

Although it has been at least three years since I last did a trade for something I desperatly needed from someone that lived in Australia it did take sometime. I would say about one and a half months was the time for the transaction to take place. And yes I was sweatting it out the entire time.
For what it is worth, I hope all works out for you.

You sent over $400 to a seller with ZERO feedback, and is registered in a different country? I think you are crazy.

Is $15 flat fee shipping really cheap for something I assume to be a bit on the heavy side? I wish you all the best.
