The rumor is that it will cost around $3,000.

Why is Attakus' stuff so much more expensive than any other models/statues and what not? Their runs are about the same...just higher quality materials?

Holy crap! That is waaaaay to much for me to spend. Good luck to anyone else.

The Blast Shield Doors section is $800 i think, and the Falcon section is around $1500-1700.

Holy smokes, these are going to be special orders aren't they? I can't imagine there being a demand for a $3,000 diorama big enough to pump these out at a mass quantity.

It's not a "mass quantity" piece... numbers are actually very limited (though I can't remember the numbers off the top of my head).

It's gorgeous but at the 3K price tag that is rumored I think it's safe to say it's out of range for most collectors.

Chances are the Master Replicas Falcon will be cheaper than this. I guess not in scale to 3 3/4" though.

I would love to get it, but it would come with a divorce as an unwanted, unavoidable pack-in.

Agreed. It is truly amazing, though. If I were independently wealthy, I would buy it.

It's beautiful, but way out of my price range. I'll probably spend that much in the next 3-5 years, but I'll get a lot more than just a couple of display pieces. Let's not forget how much coin high end collectors are going to drop if they get the metal figures to go with it. Those are about $100 a pop.

Dang can you imagine owning those as playsets for the Hasbro figures!??? It would be a kid's dream! Not to mention an adult collector's dream to have those as dioramas.

This is truely a gorgeous piece. To bad only high end collectors will be able to afford it.

The figures are inexcusably expensive. The best those Stormtroopers can be are metal statue, non-posable, versions of the VOTC Stormtroopers.. I don't know how they managed to make those cost that much.

You can count me out on these, but if I had the means (and the space) I'd pick them up.

The Falcon and Dagobah swamp are top notch pieces for sure but at 3 grand I'd rather go to all the effort to build my own. Maybe one day if they have any left over http://threads.rebelscum.com/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

True, I can picture these going for 1/3 of the price in a couple years.

I find it sad that people would love to have a super nice diorama ready playset, but its priced so OUT THERE that only the super rich or super dumb would get it

I'll wait for these to go on clearance!

Then they'll only be $1500 http://threads.rebelscum.com/images/graemlins/wink.gif

I haven't read up on this piece, but it does look incredible. I assume the piece is entirely metal that's why it's so expensive?

I HAD planned on getting one until they listed the estimated cost.

I was thinking the exact same thing. I'd never be able to pull off something that looked that good, but it would be more worthwhile than simply dropping 3K for that piece.
