View Full Version : Question regarding orders direct from Sideshow.

I've never placed a direct order from Sideshow until recently. I understand that your credit card is not charged until an item ships.

My question is:
Does Sideshow give you advance notice of when to expect your card to be charged and order shipped?

If you are a member of their newsletter mailing list, they are sent to you by email. In the newsletter, they have a list of what is expected to ship soon and when. I don't know if they actually send you an email right before they charge your card though. Hope this helps.

They do indeed usually send out a 25 day notice when the item on its way to their warehouse. Then they send out a 5 day out notice and that's when they are going to start charging your credit card. It's not 100% of the time but pretty close to it.

You can always call them as well. Their customer service is exceptional.

They did send a note about 15 days saying the Vader was on his way to the warehouse and they charged my credit card 1 day before the shipped me my Vader.

I have received four different email updates about Vader in the last month or so. I was finally charged yesterday and hope he ships soon!

Yup, you should get emails from them after 25 days, 15 days, and like 7-10 days out. Also check the newsletter it will let you know what's coming.
