View Full Version : Odd Sideshow Vader FACIAL Proportions

I just noticed the odd proportions of the sideshow vader - I'm still getting it cause I must, but I altered the proportions to better reflect vader's helmet with a rudimentary graphics program to compare. The first is the standard preproduction sample, the second is the one that I altered. I tried to post the pics, but I couldn't for some reason last time. Here are the links to each pic:

If you save it with picture viewer and toggle back and forth between the pics, you can see the difference.

I just made the triangular mouth smaller and narrowed the lower part of the face as Vader's mouth is not that huge.
I also darkened the eye sockets to black (insead of keeping the inaccurate gunmental) and reshaped the OT helmet to resemble a more squared off cranium -- which it pretty much is from the front.
