If they expected only 25,000 people over the weekend and 70,000 showed up, how come they didn't run out of the black Free Goody Bags that they handed to you when you went thru the doors? They should have been out on Saturday morning. That's nearly 3x's the people they thought were coming. Hmmm!
I know people got more than one of those to take home. They were cool bags and the chips came in handy for the ride home.

Hmmm, I attended on Saturday - and didn't even get one of these Free Black Goodies Bag. Didn't even know they were giving those away - certainly not around 9:45 a.m. on Saturday. images/icons/mad.gif

The lack of information and the abundant misinformation was one of the biggest problems I had with the event. On Friday morning, I saw alot of people carrying these bags and asked a couple of the event staff that was up near the registration and pickup lines if these were "goodie" bags that were being handed out. I was told there was no such thing. I was lead to believe it was the program books being sold for $10. images/icons/confused.gif If you got a goodie bag/handout when you came in... What was in it?

John, those bags were full of flyers, schedules, etc. The souvenir program was 100 pages+ and was only available at the store for $10.

We got ours from Convention personnel selling the program outside in line for $10.00.

I got in about 10:40 on Fri, and about 8:40 on Saturday, and never even saw any goodie bags...

They were handing out the goodie bags right after the lin where I got my pass on Saturday.

They appeared to have boxes and this was first thing Saturday.
