I see them in star wars and LOTR for example. Are any rarer than others and how often can they be pulled from a pack?

Id appreciate some info.

I know in AOTC they were 1:24 in Hobby packs and 1:36 in retail.

For Star Wars Evolution they were 1:36, I believe.

Look on the back of the wrapper and it will normally say what the overall odds are.

While there was supposed to be 1 Evolution autograph per box (1:36), different autographs were rarer than others because of the set limit that were signed:

Evolution Level D (100 each)= 1:3677 Packs (Leia & C-3PO)
Evolution Level C (300) = 1:2452 Packs (Lando)
Evolution Level B (400 each) = 1:919 Packs (Chewie & Palpatine)
Evolution Level A (1000 each) = 1:37 Packs (Vader, Fett, and all the rest)

The AOTC Widevision autos were better with about 1100 signed cards for most of the actors, about 1000 for the Daniel Logan Fett cards, and then around 750 each of Beru, Yoda, Nute, & Ki-Mundi.
