I was just wondering if Boba knew that he is only Jango's clone, not his son, because he sais "Daddy"to him in all the comics and in the movie...What do you think? images/icons/confused.gif

Did he think Taun We was his "mommy"?

I don't think he did, I think he was brought up beside Jango as his son. He may have been told at a later stage though.

But when he walked around on Kamino he must have seen that all clones look like him...

I always assumed Boba thought he was Jango's son and not a clone. Boba is to young to even realize what a clone is. Just a care free kid who likes to fire Slave 1 cannons at unaware Jedi

He probably went back to Kamino and found out.

He probably cried every time he looked in the mirror without his armor when he was older! Seeing his father (him!). Thats why he always wore armor.

i dont think the clones were just hanging out in kamino corridors.they were probobly restricted to certain areas.that justwhat i think, not by any means what is true.

surely boba must know why they are living on kamino, a planet which isnt really suitable for humans? becvause jango is a clone host. when jango tells boba this, he tells boba hes a clone.

And have you read the AOTC novel adaptation? Boba clearly says he knows hes a clone in there.

yeah, it said in the book that he knew he was a clone.

I am sure he knew.. but wasn't he left unaltered? That is left to mature at a normal rate? I am sure that Jango told him something along the lines of "you're my clone, but you're my son also, so that makes you special" Something like that or something worthy of a Hallmark Card. For all we know Boba may have come to think of it as being "normal" to be your fathers cloned child. His views would be different then ours, being raised in a different environment. So he probably thought very little of it. Just my thought.

I have to agree with the others. Unless Boba is stupid and didn't notice that he looked like all the other clone kids.
BTW, I was adopted and I call my father daddy when I was little. That's the way it is.

I'm sure he knows. How could he not? Besides... it is why he hates the jedi so much. Those braids on his shoulder, now could be considered Padawans. I've been saying that since I saw the 1st pics of Ewan as Obi-Wan.
