I've always wondered how would a pilot get into a TIE Defender?

The coolest Star Wars thing I ever did in Lego was a simple, very small (3") Star Destroyer. That TIE of yours confounds even my sesquipedalian lexicon in an attempt to find words to describe how utterly cool it is.

As for getting into and out of a TIE Defender, I think the hatch still opens on top of the cockpit pod, but the top wing is high enough above the hatch that it wouldn't impede boarding or debarking.

Thanks for your compliments! Btw, the POTF2 TIE pilot is not only there to show the scale of the ship. It also fits snuggly into the cockpit. images/icons/cool.gif
