Hi, everyone,

In August, my best friend and business partner, Paul Giachetti, passed away tragically and suddenly. (If you're a Red Dwarf fan, you may know of Paul as the author of Total Immersion: The Comprehensive Unauthorized Red Dwarf Encyclopedia Volumes I and II.)

For years, Paul collected Star Wars spaceships, and his parents are now looking for a good home for them, in an effort to offset the cost of his funeral and other expenses. Paul's father has taken a bunch of photos showcasing the ships, and you can download a zip file containing all of them at the URL below. If you're interested in buying some or all of them, please let me know (info@hassleinbooks.com) and I can put you in touch with his parents.

Here's the zip file:

http://www.hassleinbooks.com/paul/PaulGiachetti_StarWarsCollectibles.zip

If you can't access the zip file, try this:

http://www.hassleinbooks.com/paul/Paul_Ships/

It's not a zip file, which means you'll need to click on each image separately.

We're all gutted by Paul's loss. He was a wonderful person and his death has hit his friends and family hard. But if his collection goes to someone who will enjoy it, then at least something good can come out of this indescribably awful situation. Thanks, my fellow fans.

I've bought a ship from the sellers. They were classy all the way. Great transaction. Do not hesitate to communicate with them if there's something you want.
