Jimmy Mac is doing the podcast like a radio show, so why not sound like a radio host, especially if given the chance at "Hosting Dinner" with GL.

So, for added fun, clicky-click on the linky-link. (Sorry for the language folks, there's a toddler in the Sandcrawler these days.)

Btw, for added super-fan fun, try to spot the "Wilhelm Explosion" in this week's show.

Doesn't everyone do this each week?
Maybe it's just me and my obsession with "Wilhelm", I <s>hear</s> spot them without meaning to. This week especially caught my eye and made me wonder...
Sulu, exploding <s>planet</s> star (with no superlaser in sight -- might it be "red matter"?)...
...is this a Star Wars or a Star Trak podcast?

Another plaguing thought...
Jimmy sure does have a lot of suits in his closet (and a plethora of vests or muscle shirts -- many of them red), yet he continues to wear his typical trademark TallestJawa (TM) brand T-shirts -- even to important functions!

Which brings up a question...
Who is she?

Finally, of course I loved the Donny & Marie Star Wars Spectacular! I guess everyone was watching this last week, huh?

Thanks for ending the draught of FCTV. I was getting mighty thirsty! http://threads.rebelscum.com/images/graemlins/grin.gif http://threads.rebelscum.com/images/graemlins/laugh.gif http://threads.rebelscum.com/images/graemlins/cool.gif

Fantastic! But that end-credit sequence was just... evil!

If you mean "Menu Girl", that's obviously Jimmy's better half, Wendy!

We hope so.

The very first FCTV was called Force Trek (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6idnVisLHk8). That should have been your first warning.

Of course we do it for humor, especially given that Pete used to joke about how he would never really be at a blackboard. (He has never said so, but we get the idea that Jason would never hang out in a place like the pipes/internet/palatial studios.) We image that Jimmy would never really wear one of our shirts.

If some day in the far future FCTV has its own EU, with serious people having serious discussions, Jimmy's choice in wardrobe could be easily explained. It seems that he has evolved from wearing many t-shirts to having one magic shirt, that changes to reflect his mood. (Like an uber mood ring. Or Dr. Who's psychic paper.) If given a chance, who among us would not wear such a thing at any opportunity?

Yeah. It was tough to not just re-post that whole thing and just call it this week's FCTV. For a while in the past we used to use the closing as a place to put whatever the "in" video was for that week. I guess this was like a return to that tradition.

Glad you enjoyed the show.

I suspected, but didn't know. Thanks Jorbex and Jawas!

What?
What did you say?
I thought those Interweb pipes/Wilhelm explosions were the palatial Force-Cast studios! http://threads.rebelscum.com/images/graemlins/crazy.gif
I thought Jason merely had a backdrop picture of some figures and an Imperial Shuttle to deceive us.

I have to go home and rethink my LIVE Force-Cast.

Awesome! Y'know, I think Kris Kristopherson would have been a good Han Solo. Yeah, this is how it fits into canon. Several years after the destruction of the first Death Star, a popular Holonet show on Coruscant made a musical of the adventures of our heroes. Starring Dahn-ee Ozmund and his sister Muh'ree. Kris Kristopherson Antilles as Captain Han Solo. And Paul Lynde, center square!

And now it's canon

We're just pulling your leg. You're right, it's all true, except, of course, the part we just lied about.

Thinking is hard, so please don't REthink anything.

Let someone else do the thinking for you. It's the American way. http://threads.rebelscum.com/images/graemlins/smile.gif

(Soon you will all be ready for your Jawa overlords to take control. Hum, that's a little too much like those Hulu commercials. Never mind.)

holy canoli!

I haven't seen that Donny and Marie schtick since it aired!
That was some of the only SW exposure I got not being allowed to go to movies. It was a really big deal seeing that show as the biggest SW fan on the planet who knew it all without having ever seen the movie.

I remember I said once on a call-in on the FC that ALL variety shows back then were super weird not just the Holiday Special - Donny and Marie episode - proof positive!!
