I know I am really late to this game, but I just won this ship on ebay complete, loose with box and unapplied labels and cheap stand for $37.00 shipped. I have never been a big prequel fan, nor someone that bought vehicles, but with my age getting up there and the Blu Ray set coming next week, I couldn't resist. I have always liked the design, but I have noticed there has been a few complaints in the thread, (and I do know that this thread is 5 years old), but now that it has been out for a longtime, I would like to know if the criticism is still there.
I think it's a very likeable starfighter and a cool design. None of these things are ever perfect.
I'd also recommend the Lego Starfighter with Hyperdrive Ring...

heh, I got this on eBay too. Which is the best Ob-Wan figure to sit inside?
Hope this gets re-released. Other Jedii fighters don't come with the hyperspace ring and they all have the stupid R2 socket in the middle.
Don't hit me with them negative waves so early in the morning
Hasbro could repaint the hyperspace ring for every Starfighter and I would buy it, especially since it works with both CW and AOTC fighters.
