actually i'm really glad that dst got the license. i really like their stargate figures and wish they had more articulation. assuming that these battlestar figures ever come out, dst are perfect for this line

It's a definite possibility. Here's what happened with the Star Trek: The Next Generation figures:
Series 1- Original Release Date was October 2005; eventual release in April 2006, six months later.
Series 2- ORD was August 2006, and released in August 2006, go figure.
Series 3- ORD was November 2006; eventual release in January 2007, two months later.
Series 4- ORD was February 2007; eventual release in August 2007, six months later.
Series 5 is supposed to come out in January 2008. How much you want to bet it will be more like July? The DS9 figures have already been delayed twice. So I wouldn't be surprised to see the same thing happen with BSG. The way this pattern goes, it may be April 2008 before we see Series 1. I hope I'm wrong though. As long as they eventually come out, I don't mind the delays. Gives me a chance to buy some other things then save the money for them again.
Most Wanted Figure: ESB Carbonite Han. A really good, proper one of Han as he was being lowered into the carbonite pit, with both sets of binders and the new two part block. I've been waiting for 33 years!
UPDATE: DST updated their site with a release date for BSG Series 1 of 12/12/07.

Not too much longer for them now. Can't wait. They all look good.
so now it says that they are coming in december, does that mean we well get them in december? or do they typically postpone them more than once.
