Will there be an episode seven? If not, will the next Star Wars movie come from EU? Master Lucas has to have plans for another movie. The Star Wars Saga must continue. What will happen when he becomes one with the force? He has to have a legacy planned. Hopefully, he has several scripts already written just in case.

Lucas has said Episode 6 was the end.
It would be nice if he would let someone else pick up where he left off, but I doubt that will ever happen. New actors playing the original characters might not be well received and no one wants to see those guys swinging lightsabers around anymore.
I'm sure he'll still mess with the OT several more times in our lifetime though.
Some days, it just doesn't seem worth the effort of chewing through the restraints!

As said before countless times, Lucas has NO interest in continuing with other SW films.
The man is 62 years old. He wants to move onto other projects, such as Indiana Jones 4.
A one shot SW movie won't work - it would have to be another trilogy.
Take a decade from initial plot outlines to Episode 9 release date, and you're looking at another 10 years. That would make Lucas 72 if he started this year, and as I've already outlined, it's not even in his plans.
There is no chance he will hand over his sacred SW films to another person, when he wouldn't even relinquish director duties for the PT.
If they went with some EU films, they would flop in comparison. Absolute fact. You'd have too many Lucas purists such as me that would refuse to see it for no reason other than the attitude that a non-Lucas SW movie is not SW, never mind going to the theater repeated times per film. Even if they made $200 million, which is a healthy number nowadays, that would be a failure in SW terms.

I'm gonna try and get the right to produce,direct,and write these when I'm older but Lucas will have to say its ok and sell me the rights to them.
