i have seen about 5-6 C-3P0s so far.most of them grabbed by little children. And UK TRU website had them for quite awhile, but finished quickly just like the red guards.

if i am not mistaken, the shiny droid is popular and short-packaged.

I'd say #41 clone trooper is hard to get in normal retail stores in Liverpool. lol.

Personally, I'd say only the 3PO was the real rare one, hes never been easy to find. With the #6 and #41 releases, they were very easy for me to find lots of for the first few weeks, they just sold out quicker due to their clone popularity

Saw this today and i could'nt belive what i was seeing
    They paid that much..... sheesh!!!!

So i would put this figure up to be counted as being slighty rare if people are willing to pay this much

Personally, I still feel Kit Fisto is the rarest basic (non-variant) figure out there...
Yet last time I checked on eBay UK there are some in eBay sellers stores for reasonable prices?

    Threepio
Dooku was always rare but just after the Bacara wave was released there were a few Dooku's knocking about.
I don't believe they are very rare.

eBay auctions aren't what decides a rare figure in my book...
The buyer pays what they're willing at the end of the day
