Dearest Hasbro, customizers are making AWESOME fur covered chewies from the last 2 chewie figures, what is so hard and non cost effective about making an ACCURATE furry wookiee figure? That's a fantastic looking custom, but it's just that. A custom, hand made. I dont think we could get a mass produced Chewie that looks like that, and still costs $10 or less...

I, personally, loved the VOTC Chewbacca. I think it is hands down the best version of him ever. I'm happy with him just the way he is. I agree that the furry ones like the handmade customs probably wouldn't have been cost effective enough for Hasbro to bother with.

I'd like to possibly see a real hair Wookiee some day - but that would actually throw things off - all of the other Wookiee figures would be out of place, or hairy one would. Just stick to plastic...

Now, a 12" like the custom one would be cool.

I agree again. I'd love to see a good 12" Chewbacca with fur. The last two that were made that way were horrible.

They are not capable of mass-producing such a complex 12" figure while still retaining a reasonable price. You shouldn't be angry about it. Just chill and enjoy your customizing.

I'm not mad about it and I don't customize anyway. I thoroughly enjoy my collection; just saying that the last two furry Chewbaccas they made were pretty bad. I agree that it probably isn't all that cost effective to make a really nice one, as unfortunate as that is.

I bet they could make one and make it an exclusive like the Marmit style ones. Let the people that really want one get a great one for the $100.00 range.
