DEADBEAT SELLER: JEFF BAHR

This guy offered me to sell a swimming jar jar and I sent him a money order on the 8th of july. It is now the 23rd of july and within that time I've sent numerous emails and have not gotten any response and no action figure.

I have discovered that he sells on ebay with the id of: Globo-Chem

Still have not received swimming jar jar and payment was sent (and verified by postal service) on July 8th! He has not responded to any of my emails and I know he's alive because some of his auctions just finished, including a Jorg Sacul figure.
