Why do you refuse to make republic gunships? Where's the love gone?
Look on eBay. How much did you sell gunships for at retail? Do you see what people are asking for a gunship? It took me a YEAR to get one at a reasonable price. You've got the mold and the paint. Why let the secondary market make so much money when there's demand?
Seriously - is there ANYONE who does not want another gunship? Or three? Imagine - if you will - going to a store, and seeing republic gunships in stock for $50 or $60, or even $80, or whatever they retailed at. And imagine if we could get the ones we want: the regular one, the lucky-lekku one, the tiger-stripe one, or that full-length door crumb-bomber one. And imagine if you made a shadow-trooper one, and included shadow pilots. And then released shadow troopers and stand-alone shadow commanders. I mean, is there anyone who does not want a squad of shadow troopers in a shadow gunship on their mantle, wall, dress, shelf, etc.?
Do you realize, Hasbro, that I've bought 95% of my Star Wars toys on eBay, because I can't find anything in stores? People need gunships. Give the people what they need.
