NECA Gears Of War 3.75" Figures

So I came across this article over at TNI, about GOW figures in 3.75" scale.
I may be interested in a few, especially for the weapons and customs.

So what does everyone else think about this scale for gears figures, good, bad, or indifferent?

Now if they can just do Predator figures in this scale!!

Me too! I've already preordered a set of these for customs. Honestly, I buy at least a few figures from nearly every 3.75" line for customs, so I'm always looking for more...

I'm not the biggest Gears fan, but I'd probably get a couple for custom fodder.

I'd really like Neca to do Predator figs in this scale, I could go for a couple from each movie!
As well as the Mass Effect series.

I love the figs from Assassins Creed and Red Faction that Gamestars released, I could also go for a few more!

I was surprised when I read the article, but now I´m very excited about it because I could not start collecting the 7" figures, but now I got a second chance for start, at least as a 3.75" figures.

Looks like these have been pushed back again. I'm hearing mid to late March now. Is this common with Neca products? Seems like they've been pushed back a lot.
