Looking forward to seeing someone else's version of Jane. I've also added a pouched shoulder sling to my WW2 Cap so will get pics up sometime.

In the meantime, I've almost got sufficient parts for a Pepper Potts custom which is currently a WIP but any suggestions for a suitable Gwynneth looking head?

thanks for the suggestion - rarely come across GI Joes in the UK unless there's a movie out so will think long and hard. Would prefer a moulded rather than painted face and don't remember if Gwynneth sported a pony tail in either of the IM movies but this looks like a good suggestion. Currently, my Pepper WIP comprises of Elizabeth Swann Singapore disguise head and torso, MU Storm waist and legs, and a skirt and arms from one of the Harry Potter figures.

The Renegades Scarlett doesn't much look like Gwynneth IMO, but she did wear a ponytail a couple times in the movie.
Personally I prefer the business look, but I guess it depends on what look you're going for.


You could try Dark Phoenix head sculpt remove the hair and replace with a different hairstyle, same with Invisible Woman from that FF4 set.
I'd probably go with the latter and redo her hairstyle.

There's also Plourr Ilo that bald X-Wing Pilot, you just have to add hair to her.

The Vintage Collection Zam Wessell’s head would work with some added eye liner and hair.
You could use the body from the Pirates of the Caribbean Keira Knightly figure in the green dress.

Ok, had a fairly quick bash at putting some parts together to see how they fit. Happy with the way the suit turned out but may well re-visit the legs. Not 100% happy with the head but it will have to do until I get some better inspiration. Guess this is about 80% done and 20% WIP! And yes, I know I need to swap out the hands.

I don't recognize that torso, but the skirt looks like it's from a HP figure, and the belt is from ROC Baroness, right?

Yep, skirt and belt are from a HP figure and ROC Baroness. Torso is Cover Girl from the GI Joe Comic 3 pack (25th Anniversary?) with Juno Eclipse arms. Upper legs from Camie fig, lower legs from the Golden Compass female archer figure and shoes again are ROC Baroness.

You guys in the US are in for a real treat in 3 days time (unless anyone has caught an early screening of the Avengers). I'm hoping to see someone elses Custom Avengers figs afterwards!!!

I've got 95% of the parts needed for the Son of Coul - hopefully will have him finished and pics up by the end of the week. Anyone know how to amend/update thread titles as I can't figure it out!
