Yep, I caught that wave only once. But, and I think Ares mentioned it before, that was the very last wave of that line. Plus, if I remember correctly, it was changed at the last moment to be an exclusive only at Toys'R'Us. That particular wave didn't ship to any other stores.
The frustrating thing about the Bastila wave is that it's smack in the middle of the line. It's not the last wave and it didn't seem to be a wave exclusive to any one retailer. It just seemed to be the only wave to date of the Vintage line that was massively short-shipped and there doesn't seem to be a logical reason why. Unless, of course, you subscribe to the idea that Hasbro is attempting to generate talk and demand around their line. But that seems a bit weird to me.
Dilly dally, shilly shally.
This is exactly why I think this wave is still sitting somewhere. The only place I ever heard it hitting (besides the recent MacFarlane and Disney sightings) is Walmart. I never heard of it at Target, TRU, Fry's Marketplace or any place else. These have to be sitting someplace. Something must've happened with these shipments and I still wonder if we're going to find them at a Ross or TJ Maxx someday.
TRU Chandler - FINALLY found some deleted scenes figures. They only had Mon Cala pilot, Cracken and Lando (No Luke or Leia), picked up all 3 plus a black Endor rebel trooper to complete the BOGOHO deal, paid $32 for the 4 figures, not bad. That was it, no duplicates, only these leftovers.
Target I-10 & Ray Rd - Nothing new

Indianbend & 101 TRU- No Deleted Scene figures, but I did find a large, plush Maul with voice chip like the Yoda, Vader and Chewie that I've seen at Walmart a number of times.
