Hi guys

I'm very Sorry to have to do this. But Member Rogerthat is a scammer that steals your money and stuff.

He has made me send him a R2 playmobil robot in a deal that promised me some acrylic cases.
I even sent him some money for some ekstra cases.
Since then I have had no answer to my emails or pm's .
He has made a post in this thread . That all.
And the deal I made with him was in October.......

Read this thread and see that He scamed A LOT of other members here .

I hope this gets worked out. I kept adding to the order, and knew it could take a while but how long is too long without a shipping date....? (some back to Oct 10 2011, most Nov 7 2011)

He is a nice guy with high quality products.

I understand he has placed other things before all of us. Family is important, but a business that forgets the customers? I ask, did anyone get a promised delivery date? I never pushed hard, and last time I did, I was told to pay up or be moved to the end of the line (I owed aboout a $100 on a $400 tab). I did, but no shipments.

Roger, if you're reading this, why don't you start fulfilling orders or start refunding money?

Im out $35 for a Popy case that I really wanted. There's no excuse. Your hand (if it truly was hurt) is surely well enough to make some cases. If you're unable or unwilling, just refund the money to us. Do you want to be banned from the forum and make your name synonymous with scammers? Surely not!

Although I didn't purchase any cases for myself I did go halves with another member in order to buy a custom case from Roger for a friend for their birthday. Well their birthday came and went and there was no case.

Apparently the case was finished once but ended up being the wrong size, then the next time it was finished but hadn't been mailed out and then finally I think he said that in fact the case needed to be made again/or adjustments made again but it wasn't ready to be shipped as he had previously stated.

My personal opinion of the entire situation is that with a baby on the way you do not take on extra work (especially at Christmas) within a hobby/home business because it's inevitably going to be hard to juggle family, your real job and your new commitments at the same time.

I do not know if I believe the wounded hand story (sorry in advance if it is true Roger) but I do know this all started going south before he apparently hurt his hand so in all honesty he could have looked at the situation back then, realised it was too much to cope with and issued refunds till he was able to fulfil his orders.

Roger if you are reading, I am sure most people would trust you again in the future if you issued refunds to all those out of money and then took up the case making again once you had the time to better run your business.

I replied in the classified post already this morning. And while I may be in the minority I don't want a refund. I want my cases.

As mentioned in the other thread. I have three custom case orders with Roger. One is in fact a birthday gift for a very good collector friend. I paid and ordered that case in early November. My other two cases were paid and ordered in September. I was told they just needed finished up then would be delivered. I even worked out several shipping ideas for the birthday case. Going so far as to have it shipped directly to me and I would deliver it on my own.

Then his personal issues cropped up. I can totally understand that life sometimes gets in the way, so I've been patient. I would email Roger about once or twice a month just to check in and see how he was doing. I sometimes wouldn't even ask for a status update on my cases. Then, as of recently, all communication stopped.

I was also going to start this watch out thread on Monday. But Soren beat me to it. In my last email to Roger, I asked for my cases by the end of March. It is still unanswered. However, if I do not have my cases by then, then just give me a refund and I'll take my business elsewhere.
