All I can add is that I PMed him about custom cases in December, he replied promptly on December 9, 2011 and indicated he was moving shop, overwhelmed with the new addition and was not taking orders right then. While I'm out no money and that makes this easier to say, this reply doesn't smell of a scammer else he would have taken my money as well. Hopefully this resolves itself.

So, two emails (one sent on 1/26 and the other sent on 2/7) have both gone unanswered. And it appears that this thread and the classified listing haven't brought on any new communications from Roger. We are also well past the window of opportunity for PayPal refunds.

I would like to use this thread as a possible "positive" and not drive Roger away (so that we don't see refunds issued or merchandise sent) as much as we can. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions on what our next move should be? I don't want this to turn into a Roger "bashing" thread as I don't think that's going to do ANYONE any favors. Especially considering the money we all sent him is most likely gone.

Is there anyone with Roger's phone number that can call him and get an explanation? Or communicate to him on behalf of everyone else? I'm willing to do it but I don't have his number. I'm also willing to be the go between if that would help. Any thoughts or suggestions? I'm just trying to exhaust all options at this point.

I'm trying to formulate a plan of what to do. I think I have Roger's contact information now.

If everyone wants to send me a PM with an outline of what they are waiting on from Roger, how much they paid, when they placed their order and whether they would like a refund or their items, I'll put it in a spreadsheet and keep it on hand. That way when I talk to Roger I can try and devise a plan and keep everything straight.

I'm planning on calling Roger tonight to at least break the ice. I'll keep everyone updated here.

Chris, thanks for trying to help everyone including Roger. I knew about his history when I placed my order but I really thought he would come through. And I'm still holding out hope that he will make things right. He seemed like a nice guy and I don't think he would want things to end like this.

And I need to correct myself, I paid for 1 Popy case $30 including shipping on Nov 27th.

Just wanted to update the thread. I called the phone number that was given to me. I left a message for him to call me back. However, I don't think it's the correct number.

First of all, sorry to the random guy in Arizona I called! Oops!

Secondly, I wanted let everyone know that I did get a hold of Roger. We had quite the long conversation. It was really positive and constructive as well. I don't have any concrete information to share, but it is very positive.

Roger wanted me to tell you all first and foremost that he apologizes for the delays. I think it's safe to say that he feels horrible about it all. He is working on getting all of this ironed out.

We both agreed to stay in contact and he is going to use me as his mouth piece. I will call him again probably on Thursday to see how things are going. I also want to interject a bit here. Let us all be patient as we can on this. I realize it's been months of no contact and what not. However, it's taken this long to dig this hole, I think we can give a little more time to try and get this sorted out. Please keep sending me information and I will keep a tally on everything.
