The pod racer glasses are pretty cool but I think the Maul ones are better.

Same. I like my Maul ones.
I'm not a huge general collector of SW stuff, but I do like to hang onto stuff that has sentimental value to me. I got the Maul glasses when I saw TPM in 3D so I'm keeping 'em!

What ever happened to the pod racer glasses that we saw like a month before Tpm came out. The ones that had bluish tinted glasses and said star wars in gold.

awww, my theater only had the regular 3D glasses, i got ripped off.
My understanding was that they were only given out opening Friday while supplies lasted. The ones who got ripped were the dedicated Midnight showing fans who did not get them. If anyone should have it was them. I went Friday night and I lucked out and got the LAST pair the theater had and I had to twist the arm of the ticket window girl into giving them to me. When i asked if they had any left she said they were all gone. Disappointed slightly I turned and started to walk away and in the bucket they keep the glasses in in the closed ticket window next to hers was a single pair laying on top. I had her get off her butt and leave her window and get them for me. So I got my Maul glasses but I really wanted the Pod Race goggles. I guess they must have scrapped those because I have not heard of anyone getting them.

Amazon has the Podrace glasses for sale for $9.95. I picked up a pair. They are very nicely packaged, and quite a cool item IMO.
