Episode I midnight showing in Tampa, is anyone going?

Is anyone hitting a midnight showing of phantom menance tomorrow or does anyone know of any events i.e costumed appearances/giveaways going on tomorrow or friday?

I was trying to set something set up with AMC Veterans 24 on Anderson Rd., but they never got back to me. That's where a majority of the Tampa members from the Star Wars Grand Florida Alliance will be meeting for the midnight showing tomorrow night.

i'll be at the new theatre that just opened in deltona. they have said that a certain little droid we all know and love is welcome to watch the movie. so tomorrow R2 will be attending the premier, has his ticket and very excited =) talk about a childhood dream watching star wars on the big screen with R2

I'll probably head to Epic in Deltona as well. I've seen a couple of movies there already and the theater is really nice the XL screens are huge and it should be great to see the movie on such a big screen.

I am dragging my girlfriend to the midnight showing here. I imagine it will either be dead or wall to wall people. I am guessing it will be dead.

Oh my god....I am getting friggin old. We met a freind of mine for drinks prior to the movie, then headed over just before midnight. We got through the podrace and then, that was it, we both hit the wall. We left!
It did look good in 3d, the scenes were a lot more intricate than before.
