    OT Tatooine watch

Did anyone else buy one of the Save the Lars' Homestead watches? I bought one, and it came in about a week ago. I think it is just stunning, and eventually I would like to change the band out for a nice brown leather one. If any of you did buy one, are you as happy with it as I am?

Very nice! I almost pulled the trigger on this, but had to opt for a lower donation. It looks great! I too would opt for another band. Just be sure to hang onto the original

I once dated a runway model. Until she was hit by a 747.

I had already pledged a decent amount of money way before these came out. I wish I would have had the money to pop on this also. But I did get some Tatooine sand in a bottle.

Yes, I got one! Check your emails from the watch maker, I got a premium watch, because I don't like the leather band and the premium one comes with a canvise band. Evidently they rejected the canvise and sent out all watches with the leather bands but I believe they will be sending out canvise bands to all buyers when they are approved. Never the less I do like the watch but the leather band doesn't do it for me. Rather than wait for the replacement I'm going to go buy a nice metal band that maches the watch face.

I picked one up, but elected to go with the simpler face (with just the dome).

To tell you the truth, I mostly just wanted to help contribute to the project (knowing a thing or two about expensive Star Wars related projects!) and considered the watch an added bonus. I'd have been happy with anything... but in the end, the watch really turned out well! Guess those endless delays were worth it!

I just wish I would have had the chance to buy one.

But it says X out of 1138 on the back right? Did they really get 1138 donations of that magnitude?

Really wish I knew about this, not only could I finally own a watch I like but I could have helped save it.

Garven, They did NOT get 1138 people to buy the watch. At least not the limited numbered edition. You can still buy them. They actually have a total of 4 different options. I don't know if any of the funds will go to the save the homestead project at this point, as they have made more than they required. But, if you go to http://s395343987.initial-website.co...arter-watches/

Or go right to the www.legendarytime.com website you can find instructions on how to purchase one. They have a VERY limited number of some watches available right now. However, if you read the info, they are currently taking reservations for another batch of 400. These will be from number 401 to 800.

Thanks! At least they have my favourite style in stock. However wish I could get a premium back on the limited edition A face.

    Oh well, thanks!
