All I know is, you have to sign up for a "Membership Number," or some such thing in order to be able to purchase a ticket when they do go on sale. And I believe you need a unique membership for each ticket purchased, or at least each adult ticket.

With the amount of sh-tuff I buy throughout the year, it'll be a while before I can afford to go.

If you are across the country I understand. I will never bother to go to FL for Celebrations. When it was hear in CA, I was bored and it was a mess. I'm only 125 miles from SD, so it's no big deal for me.
