I'd like to know, with auto renewals, what the procedure is for choosing our gift. Will this be in the email on Thursday or will we have to log into the site to arrange this?

We're handling gift selection differently this year. It's all explained on our blog right now, but I'll share here as well. Once your 2012 membership is processed, you'll be sent an e-mail invoice confirming payment. In that invoice will be your 2012 PGM Gift code. You then go on our site, select what gift you want and use the code at check out. It'll comp the item for you (except for shipping and tax where applicable).

This same e-mail will also have your 2012 $30 PGM Coupon Code.

Called to cancel, but had to leave a voicemail. I'm also sending an email. I'm going to be really pissed if my mortgage payment bounces due to this as it is due on the 16th. I also didn't receive an email (nothing in spam folder).

How hard is it here and now in 2012 to make sure an e-mail reaches everyone on your site?? Or after one year not have a simple setting on your site working?

Also...lets remember that most of us had to email Greg to get last years PGM discount codes, and now this year we have to wait for codes to order our gifts in our email? ......Oh boy......

I was ready to cancel. Actually called & Customer Service was literally out to lunch. It musta been fate keeping me from cancelling.

After having an hour to think about it, I decided I really want that Rebel Fleet trooper (despite it being a mere drawing at this point).
