Brilliant move Cartoon Network. Phantom Menace is in theaters and the one I went to ran a commercial for Clone Wars before the trailers and NOW is the time you choose to not air new or possibly any Clone Wars. The time is ripe to bring in new watchers to the show yet you idiots are blowing it once again. They should be running Clone Wars marathons every night all last week and next week.
Yep, that Engehast.
Cartoon Network even said in the promo after the final slave arc episode they'd be airing them without breaks until the finale!![]()
What I don't like, aside from a break, is how they never tell you. When an episode ends you only know it will be at least two weeks if they DON'T show a preview of the next episode. If CW ends and the promo is for Ben 10 my oldest son will say "guess we have to wait for the next new one".
From My DirecTV guide for next Friday "Massacre-Count Dooku vows to take revenge on Asajj Vintress; Grievous launches a campaign of destruction." Sounds like it might just be a little bit AWESOME!
"Those who would give up essential liberty to purchase a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety."-Benjamin Franklin
I hope we get to see Dooku in his Jam Jams again.
Yep, that Engehast.
The word seems to be that this is the kick off of the season's final four part arc too, culminating in the much anticipated CW debut of Maul. My suspicion is we won't see Maul until the second to last ep, which is called Brothers. We have Dengar to pop up in there somewhere too, and since episode two of the arc is called Bounty, that seems as likely a show as any of them for that to happen. I'm intrigued to see how this all falls into place.
Cool, I didn't know this was part of a four part arc! It almost makes me forgive Cartoon Network for airing a rerun this week.

It does not seem like the same kinda of continuation arc like Umbara and the Slaver arc were though. It does not follow the same group of characters along the same plot as those did. I think the last two will be connected as loosely to the first two as the "Brain Invaders" episode was to the Geonosis siege arc.

I could be completely wrong about it being a single arc too - that's just what seems to be floating around the interwebs at present as a rumour. It seemed surprising to me, to be honest. Given the episode titles (Massacre, Bounty, Brothers, Revenge), I was expecting two stand alones and a two-part season ender.
