My Collection of the First 12 First Shots - UPDATED 6/2012

Hi Everyone,

I recently finished my run of the first 12 First Shots and have a new photo to share. All figures are hand painted/glued, have no COOs or dates and can be traced directly back to Kenner sources. Some items worth noting are the three Mushroom Tip DT (MTDT) sabers, Leia's prototype blaster and Chewie's prototype bowcaster. Additionally, all caped figures except for Vader have capes that are significantly different than their production counterparts and some of the variant collectors out there will probably notice that saber "tube" extending from both Luke and Vader's hands are significantly longer than the production versions. I hope everyone enjoys looking at these as much as I do!

Hi Everyone,

My main focus is collecting pre-production figures for the first 12/20 figures. I have been working on this run for over a year now and have been anxious to share these amazing pieces with everyone here on RS. Until now, I have never been able to get the photos to look the way I wanted but I recently learned some new tricks in photoshop and am really happy to be able to share these photos with everyone here. I realize that most people here will never get a chance to see these pieces in person, so I wanted to give everyone the next best thing with these detailed photos. I will let the photos speak for themselves, but please let me know if you have any questions.

A sincere THANK YOU goes out to everyone that has helped me with this run, I would not have been able to do any of this without the help of many new and old friends here on RS. I am not going to list any names, you know who you are and hopefully you know how much I appreciate your help. In all honesty, I don't think I will ever be able to complete the run but I know it is going to be a lot of fun trying! As you can see, I still have a few gaps, if you can help then please send me a PM! : )

Impressive run of pre-production figures. Thanks for sharing and please keep us updated as you expand it.

The fs Chewbacca bowcaster looks interesting, as it seems to be green but with the round trigger.

Also interesting, that one of the fs Ben Kenobi figures have gray hair, seems like the head is a bit different from the production figure too.

Really nice to see that prototype Leia blaster, have never seen anything like that before.

The Jawa with two backwards feet is really interesting too!

what, is that it. not even a fs/ep luke, vader, han, etc. ha! beginner. you know i am kidding. its about time you limelighted your work. i have been waiting to see all the goods. i am totally blown away. absolutely amazing.. awesome job.
