The kitchen looks great, Beek!The basement is huge and I'm sure it's going to be amazing when everything is all set up. Post some WIP videos as the days/weeks go on!

Contract being turned in to builder tomorrow....they start work Tuesday!
Everything should be framed that day, or so they claim. Electrician the next, and so forth. If all goes as planned - may be done by October 1st.
Even after it is complete, I have numerous things to do in regards to "collectible" space. You know me....I want to keep a classy overall presentation, well spaced, etc. But I will continue to update along the way.
@Ben - not sure on efx. My father in law has a good buddy who is a skilled craftsman. Maybe some custom sized pedestals? Some point I gotta reveal I even have these to the Mrs.
