Great movie and I would buy the figure in a minute if I wasn't already spending so much on Star Wars and Predators.
Went by my local Hastings and was asking about seeing if they are going to receive the Marvel Select Captain America figure and she found that they will be getting in the Hot Toys Captain America....couldn't resist....had to order me a back-up.
Hastings was charging $159.99 after tax it would be $175.00
Through Sideshow Toys it will be $170 with no tax. I will probably keep both orders and keep the Hastings one as a back-up in case anything was to happen with the Sideshow one (even though I doubt it will) and also cause I can also trade in games and movies for credit at Hastings.....might help me offset the cost.
Hastings had the release date for them on 12/30/11. i am sure Sideshow will get it first. Anybody heard when is the schedule release date for this?

last I checked it still stated 4th qtr, most likely December is my bet.

I have pre-ordered Cap with a local retailer. I am now waiting for HT to announce the inevitable Red Skull. And hopefully Loki too from Thor. Need to have Loki displayed together with Thor and Odin.
I had gotten the GG mini bust for Cap from the movie and ended up selling it cause I had a line on a real low number edition of the same bust. Didn't have the money to straight up buy the extra one and risk getting stuck with two so I sold the first one. Took me a week or so but after I sold the 1st one....my "hook-up" for the low edition one didn't pan out.
So now I got an extra $85 and no GG Cap movie bust. As it is right now, I might just put that money aside and put it towards this bad boy.
