He looks awesome to me. The red knees and ankles are a cheap move. i can live with the glossy head since the sculpt still looks awesome.
It looks like they gave him ball jointed hips, if they were swivel like the norm among figures then those would be way to close together.

Been lurking for a few years now and finally registered. I ran across the new packs yesterday in Chula Vista - hadn't planned on shelling out $26.99 for each pack just for one new figure, but lucked out a bit when I scanned them.
As has been noted, four are repacks: Tusken with swivel elbows, Fett, the saga R5-D4, and the DSD.
By the way, Snags can sit very well. (Although the mismatched colors in the joints stand out a bit.)
The guy apparently favors Mexican carry. He should buy a better rig before he accidentally shoots his hump off.

Wow I didn't know the Power Droid had a boom box in it. Does its legs move?
Very little. No independent movement, and barely enough to have the PD tilt forward slightly.
